The processing of gypsum typically begins with loading it onto a feeder machine using a forklift, followed by uniform conveyance to a belt conveyor via the feeder machine. Subsequently, it is guided into the interior of a drying machine through a feed pipe. Under the combustion of the fuel in the thermal oil furnace, heat is transferred to the main unit via the thermal oil, where it undergoes thermal exchange with the gypsum. Within the drying drum, the gypsum is stirred by scraper blades, ensuring thorough contact with hot air, thus accelerating the drying process of gypsum and facilitating the evaporation and heat and mass transfer of moisture.

The gypsum dryer manufactured by AGICO adopts a sealed structure, effectively reducing heat loss and enhancing thermal efficiency. After drying, the gypsum is discharged through a discharge hopper and transported to a designated location for storage.
