The roller hearth kiln(RHK) is a continuous sintering industrial kiln that transports materials through ceramic rollers. The products are placed on multiple closely spaced rods, and the products are transported from the kiln inlet to the kiln outlet by relying on the rotation of the rods. The roller hearth kiln is a high-efficiency kiln with high output and low energy consumption. Originally used in architectural ceramics, in recent years, it has been widely employed in industries such as lithium battery cathode and anode materials, rare earths, magnetic materials, electronic powder materials, and electrical porcelain components.

The roller hearth kiln adopts the rolling friction working method, so it will not affect the length of the kiln. In theory, the kiln body can be infinitely long. Moreover, the kiln cavity structure is reasonably designed, and the consistency in the firing product room is better. The large kiln chamber structure is more conducive to the movement of the internal airflow and the drainage and degassing of the products, making it the preferred equipment for large-scale production and a true alternative to pusher kilns.

The high-temperature roller hearth kiln uses silicon carbide rods, spiral helical gear multi-stage transmission, and variable frequency speed regulation. Since the rods are made of recrystallized silicon carbide, the roller hearth furnace temperature can reach a maximum of 1350 degrees Celsius. The upper and lower Rhk kiln parts can heat the materials simultaneously, achieving uniform temperature distribution.

Inside the roller hearth kiln, materials are transported in a high-speed and stable manner, and the heat transfer rate is fast, resulting in uniform cross-sectional temperature distribution, thus ensuring the rapid completion of the sintering process. The roller hearth kiln features highly automated characteristics, effectively reducing the uncertainty associated with manual intervention and enhancing process stability. Intake and exhaust system

Gas supply: Through the uniquely designed air inlet structure, the gas can effectively flow around the material. By adjusting the gas supply, the target concentration of gas around the material is achieved.

Gas discharge: There is a scheduled exhaust port designed on the top of the roller hearth kiln, which can discharge steam and other waste gas generated by the materials. In order to prevent the diffusion of steam in the kiln, the space in the kiln is divided into different areas to avoid mutual influence.

Drive Structure

The use of a spring clutch transmission structure ensures smooth operation of the brake bowl, protects the rods, and simplifies maintenance. Customers can also choose to install a mechanical contact-type rod breakage detection device, making production easier and simpler.
