Lake sand primarily originates from lakes and is formed by the erosion of rocks by water flow. Compared to river sand, lake sand is less affected by water flow, resulting in relatively more regular particle shapes. Similar to river sand, lake sand is commonly used in the preparation of construction materials such as concrete and road construction materials. Due to its more regular particle shape, lake sand finds application in some specialized material fields.

Lake sand, sourced from lakes, naturally contains a high moisture content. Therefore, before application, it requires drying treatment, which involves the use of a lake sand dryer for the drying process.

The drying process of lake sand in the dryer occurs in stages. Inside the lake sand dryer, there are three zones corresponding to the inner, middle, and outer layers of the dryer, each with different drying temperatures at different levels.

The inner drying area of the Husha dryer uses downstream high-temperature drying. Under high humidity conditions, after the inlet temperature is 430 ℃ (the highest can reach 600 ℃), heat and mass transfer can be carried out with the material in an instant. , remove most of the water, ensuring that the calorific value of the material does not change.

The middle layer drying area uses countercurrent drying at room temperature of 300°C. It is a high-yield water removal area. During the reverse drying process, the material is ensured to dry quickly.

The outer drying area of the Husha dryer is the normal drying area. The indoor temperature is 120 ℃ -210 ℃. The crushing equipment in the drum is used to repeatedly pull, hit, scatter, and dry downstream.
